Munich-style Wild Boar and Deer Burgers

A burger with an authentic Oktoberfest taste!

Ingredients

  • 2 Canabec wild boar and deer burgers
  • 2 Pretzel dinner rolls, toasted
  • 1 radicchio or red endive
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) horseradish
  • Sliced ​​Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) old-style mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine the grated carrot, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Grill the burgers. Slice and grill the pretzel bread.
  4. Assemble burger and enjoy.
