Bombay Kangaroo Burger

An explosion of flavours!

Ingredients

  • 2 Canabec Kangaroo Burgers
  • 2 naan bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) garam masala
  • 1 can peaches in water
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Harissa hot chili pepper paste
  • Red onions, sliced
  • Rice vinegar
  • Baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt and garam masala. Add a little of the peach juice.
  2. Marinate the onion slices in vinegar to soften the taste.
  3. Grill the peaches over high heat.
  4. Mix the honey and harissa paste and brush over the peaches.
  5. Grill the burgers and place on top of the heated or toasted naan bread.
  6. Assemble the burger by layering the spinach, grilled peaches, drained onions, cooked burger and yogurt sauce.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
