Ingredients
2 Canabec Bison Burgers
2 ciabatta rolls
2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 tomato, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
Sliced aged cheddar
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix the sour cream, jalapeño pepper and lime juice and zest.
Grill the burgers to the desired doneness.
Place the sour cream sauce, tomatoes and onion on the bottom bun. Top with the cooked burger, garnished with a slice of cheese. Add a few jalapeño slices for an extra-spicy kick.
