Saigon Duck Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 Canabec duck burgers
  • 2 sesame buns
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cup (250 ml ) rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) honey
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Young radish shoots
  • Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the carrots, half of the vinegar ½ cup (125 ml) and honey in a bowl.
  2. Soften the cucumber in a separate bowl with the remaining rice vinegar for a few minutes.
  3. Add the sesame seeds.
  4. Grill the burgers and place on the heated or toasted buns.
  5. Top with the carrots and cucumber.
  6. Brush the top bun with a little Teriyaki sauce if desired.
