Saigon Duck Burger

Ingredients
2 Canabec duck burgers
2 sesame buns
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
1 cup (250 ml ) rice vinegar
1 Tbsp (15 ml) honey
Toasted sesame seeds
Young radish shoots
Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
Instructions
Mix the carrots, half of the vinegar ½ cup (125 ml) and honey in a bowl.
Soften the cucumber in a separate bowl with the remaining rice vinegar for a few minutes.
Add the sesame seeds.
Grill the burgers and place on the heated or toasted buns.
Top with the carrots and cucumber.
Brush the top bun with a little Teriyaki sauce if desired.
