Fusion Elk Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 Canabec elk burgers
  • 2 onion buns, sliced and toasted
  • Red pepper jelly, homemade or store-bought
  • Kale
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Roast the pumpkin seeds to release their flavour; crush a few.
  2. Grill the burgers and place on top of heated or toasted buns.
  3. Garnish with the Kale, mayonnaise, red pepper jelly and a few pumpkin seeds.
