Frozen stocks and sauces

Frozen veal stock, veal demi-glace, duck stock and game stock... all 100% natural, low in sodium and gluten-free. Available in 300 ml containers in your grocery store’s frozen food section.

Our 100% natural stocks are made from bones which are first “pincé” (grilled in the oven) and then boiled with a mirepoix of mixed vegetables for several hours.

Veal stock

Behind every amazing brown sauce is an amazing brown stock. It’s the key to mouth-watering braised or pan-fried meat. The pronounced taste of our veal stock will pairs well with beef, veal, lamb or pork stews (or with the sauces accompanying them).

Veal demi-glace

Our veal demi-glace is made from reduced veal stock and is the cornerstone of all brown sauces.

It can be used as-is or turned into something truly unique by adding fruit, alcohol, spices or herbs.

Duck stock

This delicious broth is used as a sauce base. It also works wonderfully in any recipe calling for a brown stock. Its slightly sweet taste pairs particularly well with Jerez/sherry or Madeira wines.

Game stock

If the secret is in the sauce, the secret of the sauce is in the game stock!

Our game stock is perfect for any recipe calling for a veal stock. It’s also rich in flavour, making it a good fit for rosemary, fir and cedar jellies, mushrooms, port and wild berries.
