Whole rabbit

Did you know that rabbit is easy to cook? It’s equally delicious roasted, grilled or sautéed. The trick is to use the right pieces for the method of preparation.

For example, the tasty and abundant meat of the saddle is delicious when pan-fried, baked in the oven or grilled on the BBQ. The more tender legs and shoulders are fantastic in any dish prepared in a casserole or dutch oven. To roast rabbit to perfection, simply wrap the meat in bacon to retain its tenderness. Rabbit meat even makes excellent pâtés and terrines. So many delicious ways to enjoy!

Our whole rabbits have an average weight of 3 lbs (1.35 kg) and are vacuum sealed for freshness.

Other pre-cut meats

Ask your butcher for our elk, deer, pheasant, bison, wild boar and other varieties of game, which can be pre-cut and pre-portioned to your liking. Try them the next time you go grocery shopping – you’ll be glad you did!
