Deer Cretonnade

Ingredients
3/4 lb (400 g) Canabec Ground Deer Meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup (125 ml) Canabec Game Demi-Glace
1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper
2 Tbsp (30 ml) parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground cloves
1/2 tsp (2 ml) herbes de Provence
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a small pot.
Bring to a boil, stirring often to prevent the deer meat from forming large pieces.
Simmer over very low heat for one hour, stirring occasionally.
Place in a terrine dish or mould and allow to cool.
Serve on your favourite toast..
